US Theme Park  -  Living in the Land of Ereptile Dysfunction

Setting is a graveled bed in a parking lot, nice and hot , that once belonged to Bank of Unknown Origins. This two headed snake charms and handles humans, as if they were green butter.

ARTHUR – I am very honored to have this interview. I like your dollar-drenched diamonds and your highly polished rattles. So, I’m going to ask you both personal and business/financial questions. Do you take any responsibility for the meltdown of the most affluent country in the world?

ERD ONE – When I was a little snake, just born, I could barely clamp down on my mother’s teat. The competition for snake milk was frantic. I think the forerunners of my OCD and Anxiety was this teat struggle. So, I determined never to be without milk again or a fridge of rodents. Does this sound like Gone with the Wind ? So, I took care of myself and took the wealth of five generations to come.

ERD TWO – Hey, Erd One, lay down your harp, or step outside the swinging doors. I know I can kick your ass. No watering hole is big enough for the two of us. We still have a hedge fund to run. Caveat Emptor – let the buyer beware – my ruthless rule from business school. If traveling carnivals are legal in America then deeds of trust can be carried securely in digital saddlebags across seas.

ARTHUR – This show is not called Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star – but I do wonder where you are. What happens when you look into your grandchildren’s eyes or gray hair’s eyes or 20-something eyes – all CRUSHED BY CONSCIOUS DESIGN. You took 5 percent of the GDP in the 60′s and 70′s and now you take 25 percent of the GDP in 2012. Would sharing wealth bring happiness tears to you?

ERD TWO – I’ll jump in here. I’m still hot under my half of the collar. Reptiles & Mammals evolved over millions of years, living together in peace & love. Then, humans began to take our dens and to kill us with shovels. We slithered in the other direction. We turned the OTHER RATTLE. We focused on creation and control of digital money. We shed our skins once a year, in the crotch of a tree – so, we really know skinning. We can change form. Who will cry for me? Who will share with me?

ARTHUR – Multiple Holy Books (MHB) are written in the crystalline sand of the desert. Here’s one line – “what shall it profiteth a snake to gain the whole world and to lose his own soul?”

ERD ONE – It’s hot out here. Lets go get a cold one next door. Maybe, I’ll wrap myself around that long-skirted llama that runs the place. I love her warm, ‘come-hither’ smile.

ERD TWO – You keep your side of the scales off of her. We came here to talk about ereptile dysfunction. As usual, you are a hedonistic, hound dog – no matter your deceptive form. You are unable to be serious for more than a few minutes. Rock out, Rover! Who’s got the papers?

ARTHUR – Maybe, when you get your heads together, we can talk about the year of the Water Dragon. This is now – when human emotions – water – will ride the accelerated movement of the DRAGON’S TAIL – heretofore, slow enough to safely hold on. The team of economists at leap2020.eu believe that we have entered into an exact, model -replica of 1861 – a time of omni-directional conflict.

ARTHUR – Well, we have been in wonky wonderland. As a twenty something – a crystalline-human being – how do you see changing the world for your generation. How do you see taking power back when the monetary and political control is so FAR, FAR AWAY from local tribes?

HALO – Define your own border. Patrol your own mind. The political, financial and cultural elite have used suffering-centric religions to DEFINE US – thus, we are suffering. We moved our attention on flesh, blood, earth and water up into the sky to a single sex projection of ourcelves. Our crystalline skeleton, mind and heart began to cry. I was talking to some members of the worm tribe, this week. They are exhausted from the chemicals.

The worms are meeting with the Bee Tribes, whose hexagons often become six sided houses of horror. They tell me that America must hold 2012 NUREMBERG Trials to stop this. Fish and frogs are now speaking about more hermaphrodites and and are very worried about reproducing themselves. Some totally human mothers are worried that 3 generations of modified food is impacting their WOMB. Even the most macho males now are worrying about the wiggle on the tails of their SPERM. Recently, in sagebrush country, we are seeing more and more rough, tough, calloused guys – riding side saddle.

ARTHUR – People want rapid change to stop a rapid decline. What do you propose for rural, county governments and small town councils – the buck and the doe both stop here.

HALO – Power and money must be decentralized. We must cultivate DE-CENTRALIZED MINDS and Washington DC – De-Centralized. As you know, the crystal tribes just returned from a meeting with Medicine Society People in the North East. We have also met with the tribes in Nevada and tribes here in Northern California. Middle class Americans are now attaining the status of INDIGENOUS PEOPLE without a reservation. Buffalos are us. Humans, sometimes, violently act out their pain – dialogue is better – the time is late. Native Americans provide HEYOKAH change, when all else fails. This path will REVERSE some, many or all government failed “solutions”.

ARTHUR – Well, I know that you and your beautiful Emerald wife have to go. Let’s go from wonk to myths to tangible moves at the local government level. We love you – leave us with a diamond. We’ll talk again when you get back.

HALO – Thank you for the interview, Arthur. In this red clay county, I would initiate an on-going DIALOGUE between indigenous people (of all skin colors and current life conditions) with the county government and the city councils. Here’s a Heyokah solution – collect all federal, state and local taxes at the county level. Keep 10 percent of the gross receipts for the poor. Take and keep 20 percent to run the county government and local councils. Send 20 percent to the state of California. Send 50 percent of county collected IRS revenues to the federal government – which has trashed the SOCIAL CONTRACT of elementary protection for human animals. This contract is declared null and void.

Have no more war without the consent of a majority of the states. The first US constitution – the articles of confederation – required that 9 of 13 colonies must approve any war. Very little will change

without decentralization of the mind. Mommas, let your kids grow up to be crystalline. Define your own border. Patrol your own mind. Love one another. Help one another. We are smart. We are strong. We will get thru this and prosper. Prosperity will change its form and its face. Fish, frogs, bees, worms, wombs and sperm love you and are asking for your help. END of part three. Arthur

ARTHUR – OK, maybe I can ask some follow up questions. If I get what you are saying – it’s give the animating spirit a chance. You are heavy into this involuntary disconnect. Maybe, you can talk a little about the shift in the design of the world. You are saying the wave/emf world equals the particle world.

HALO – There is in control, out of control and beyond control – obedient servants to the LAW OF THREES. When praying for peace, power and wealth, acceptance can come from design triage – know what to keep and when to fold your cards. Slavish boot licking of tradition, at all times, is sure suicide in a world requiring rapid change. Some designs can take on their own physical form – like me. Where will we be in 22 years? In 2.2 years? In 2.2 months? Where has all the planning gone?

There is the Ringmaster, the Game Master and The Holy Clown. The Ringmasters set global policy and control the flow of money. The Game Masters are at the center of the three ring circus and are in charge of moving dogs thru burning hoops and dodging elephant droppings. The Holy Clown is always the ZERO in the trilogy along with plus and minus. The Holy Clown moves out of the torrent of change and sits quietly by the river. Clowns dissolve themselves as conduits for macro views.

ARTHUR – How about a little more theory that ties into cultural, political , financial material change.

Do you really believe that the 2012 INVOLUNTARY DISCONNECT will override the .001 percent – who maintain the current design of the world.

HALO – The Magi, as well as Merlins and Merlanas, will attain status at court. There will be enclaves where the Magi gather. There the power of ritual and respecting nature will create entrance into the power structure.

The Pagi are the country folk who grow their own food and medicines of all kinds. They will survive.

The Fragi teach that even the strongest among us are fragile – physically and emotionally.

I teach the TRIBAL MIND, in which 48 villagers have an interlocking economy. At the center of tribal mind is a Free or Gifts Accepted Economy – FROGAE . A frog, with blue velvet hat is sitting cross legged on a purple cushioned lily pad.. This is the icon for a quantum shift to village cooperatives.

ARTHUR INTERVIEWS HALO – PART ONE

ARTHUR – I am going to call you HALO, if thats ok. When I get past two syllables in a word symbol, I get vertigo and sometimes feel like I’m falling out of an omni directional airplane. Welcome to 2012.

HAL0 – Thank you. I’m glad to be back home again.

ARTHUR – We are going to publish this interview in 3 parts. When you co-created your CELF – CELL-SELF – with a flock of other EMF’s -why did you structure your body as it is?

HALO – My Presence on earth is my crystalline structure. My upper torso is quartz crystal and the rest of me is flesh and blood and bones. When I am attuned to other crystals, many of my frequencies are healed or enhanced. I can also heal others. My authority stick is central to my power. My halo is my emf link to a 2012 galactic dance. The unseen world is attaining equality with our seen world.

ARTHUR – Lets go back to your formal name – Inner Planet Border Patrol. How do you do that? I mean – its difficult now to find our borders with both hands. Many of the social, political and financial models are collapsing before our eyes. We are experiencing MODEL Collapse Disorder – just like the bees. Do you believe that this galactic shift will be an INVOLUNTARY DISCONNECT ?

HALO – Yes. Western intellectual thought teaches sequential thinking. This medicine, I hope that is not practicing without a license, comes from the lightening – the sensual, rubbing of granite, red clay and quartz crystal into a whole bunch of new infant EMF’s – brought into the world. I too, am a proud parent, and yes it still works. The US gets more consumer purchases/taxes/control, if our citizens are Manic, Panic and Frantic. I teach nature, calm and rest – the Magi, Pagi and Fragi. END of Part One

WAKAN TANKA is a concept, physics and the natural world. My US Native American teachers, over the last 30 years, have gotten me back in touch with ANIMISM – that runs in my own CELTIC blood . Wakan Tanka is a PRESENCE who teaches, heals and empowers. This unseen presence is the quantum /wave/spirit that creates the roots, bark and leaves of a nearby pine tree. This EMF-Spirit created me.

TimeSeed is a mandala, an oracle and a system of SYNCHRONICITY produced by living Americans. We all reside in the intellectual/media land that is now a Global Communication System – GCS. The GCS is as important as the GPS on your cell phone. TimeSeed is MEDIA. These 48 locations within our body, mind and Animating Spirit give mobility to our skeleton and flesh.

My father and his father were born in Madison County, Tennessee. Near their birthplace is an ancient civilization that runs thru my veins. I am now 72 and for much of my life, since the late seventies, I have lived in one village after another, intermixed here and there with urban interludes.

I didn’t understand, until recently, how my family blood line was directing much of my life. This is my own SPIN on ANCESTORS.

My mother’s family is from the Susquehanna river area of Pennsylvania. Her father was an immigrant from England. He had a fish business and later a produce business that he passed onto my uncles. My mother’s grandfather’s family owned part of the Water Works in London. My mother, father and I lived with my Pennsylvania grandparents when I was five – my first year of public school.

We have now moved back to Nevada City, California. We lived five years in Mendocino on the Pacific Ocean. We lived, for seven years, in a small intentional community in the Arizona/Sonoran desert. Our home was in the middle of 17 different Anasazi villages. The physical tribes had left there 800 years ago. The spirit tribes were still there – teaching us, and visitors, about the unseen world.

Each of these lives changed us.

Nevada City is where Deborah and I met in the mid-eighties and the place that we were married.

It is the land of red clay and quartz crystals that heal our physical bodies. It is the land of one of the greater collections of intellectuals, artists and visionaries in the US. It is the home of the deepest parts of our own hearts. We will be teaching TimeSeed, as a mystical and practical system, in this historical village and the mountains nearby. Mainly, we will teach in private homes and smaller venues, as has been the tradition for thousands of years. All of our teaching is free or gifts accepted.

WAKAN TANKA. We will be asking some of our Native American brothers and sisters to write about this ancient teaching. Many of my own teachers of the animating spirit are gray-haired like me. They value their privacy but we will link to those that still want to be public. MY NEXT POST will be about the INTERSECTION of spiritual belief systems and the state of the material world. We try to pay attention to the things that create tears, laughter and peaceful, physical calm.

ARTHUR on the ORIGIN of TIMESEED. In 1979, I began work on TimeSeed, I was living by myself in a house that I owned in Austin, Texas. I had just finished 22 years of work – 12 years as an advocate for the poor, three years in advertising at two daily newspapers and 7 years of getting a degree in Journalism from UT /Austin – supporting myself by working most of the time.

This house was in a secluded area and had a creek and a swimming hole. I was exhausted from two decades of intense conflict in the political arena of the SIXTIES and seventies. In my TEENS, my family lived in the south side of San Antonio, Texas. This area was mainly Mexican-American. Two houses down the street lived a CURANDERA. I helped with bagging herbs and making tortillas. I enjoyed the company of SPIRITUALISTAS who visited the herbalist’s garage apartment.

On the next street over, I had regular visits to the home of the Katz family – their son was one of my best friends. I was invited to gefelte fish and other events. The family owned several businesses in downtown San Antonio. The Majestic Theatre, nearby had a 3 foot replica of the MAYAN Calendar in the lobby. From childhood, I walked by and put my hands on this ancient distillation of knowledge.

In 1958, I moved to a small place on the San Antonio river. A Zen Buddhist moved in next door. Alan Watts, the dharma bums and others were beginning to mainstream their work. I loved the present time of ZEN and the constant wiping of the mirror of the mind. During this time, I began two and a half years of study at a local, CATHOLIC university. I liked the dedicated focus on western intellectualism and a different European look at politics and economics.

Back to 1979 – living alone in my Austin house – a number of phenomenon began happening for which all of my western mind training had no explanations. Studying quantum physics at UT/Austin – the UNSEEN WORLD came more and more into focus and experience. There was now a wave world, a particle world and what I now call The Holy Clown or for the more serious minded -The Holy Zero – the blue light gatekeeper between the worlds. I’ll write some more about SEERS in the spirit world.

Question 1. ANIMAL ANCESTORS gift you with INSTINCT and DIRECT KNOWING, Do you develop these gifts?

My Mother passed away this past week. I knew it was coming. I have developed gifts as well as Lifetime training. I do develop these gifts and they do help to bring peace when my Lifetime feels the sadness of loss.

Question 2. Human magnectic fields ATTRACT EVENTS and human impulses CREATE EVENTS, Do you agree?  I believe that my Mother helped to create and attracted the leaving of her body. Everything does have it’s own time, and the matrix is too complex, to believe that we control everyghing. There is in control, out of control and beyond control. It does not mean much when we are accessing people we love on the internal plains.

Question 3. Eternal Animals define work differently from Lifetime Animals. Do you know the difference? It is clear that the Eternal animal of who we are is not attached to the day to day life that we place at the forefront on our day to day lives. When one leaves the body I can’t help but to look at the things that a person dealt with in their life. My Mother was a travel agent in the work of her life, but she was so much more and her Eternal work was a gift to me.
